All payments are final. Once a payment has been successfully completed, confirmed, or approved, it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, reversed, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account. Please review the selected credit pack, price, currency, billing information, and payment destination carefully before paying.

No refund will be provided for unused credits, partially used credits, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases caused by the customer, dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, failure to use purchased credits, or loss of account access caused by violation of the Terms. This no-refund rule applies to Custom UPI, Razorpay, Stripe, and any other enabled payment method, except where a refund is strictly required by applicable law.

If money was deducted but the payment was not credited because of a confirmed technical error, contact nextaitutor.com@gmail.com with your registered email address, payment date, selected credit pack, and payment reference. After verification, NextAI Tutor may correct the credit balance or take another action required by applicable law. This technical correction process does not create a general right to a refund.

Custom UPI payments are reviewed only after payment confirmation. Do not send money to an unverified payment destination.

NextAI Tutor is operated by XUNIVERSE LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 16414416). Payment statements and payment-provider records may show XUNIVERSE LTD as the merchant or service provider.

Before purchasing credits or starting a paid membership, confirm that you are signed in to the intended account and role, and that the selected plan or pack, price, currency, billing interval, and payment method are correct. Credits and membership features are digital services that may become available after payment confirmation.

Paid memberships may renew according to the billing interval displayed at checkout. To avoid a future renewal, request cancellation through Support before the next billing date and allow reasonable time for processing. Cancelling future renewal does not ordinarily refund completed billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you believe a payment, renewal, or balance is wrong, contact Support promptly with the relevant account email and payment reference. We will review confirmed technical issues and meet any non-waivable legal obligations. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Memberships are role-specific: a Student plan controls student-workspace access and a Teacher plan controls teacher-workspace access. Enabled dashboard features can differ by plan. Paid memberships renew through Stripe at the displayed billing interval; a valid membership coupon applies only to the first payment, while later renewals use the regular plan price. One-time [Buy credits](/plans) packs are separate from memberships and are added to the purchasing account after successful payment. Plan availability, included features, credit allowance, billing interval, one-time-credit expiry, and carryover policy can change when an administrator updates an active plan. The current plan and pack cards shown at [Memberships](/subscriptions) and [Buy credits](/plans) are the source of truth before activation or checkout.
