A learner can share a secure read-only progress view. It can include approved classroom activity, attendance, assignments, feedback, and released outcomes, but never account controls, private chats, or AI tools.

Teachers decide when results are released. Learners see released scores, feedback, and answers only after the teacher publishes them.

Credits are used only for configured AI actions. Users can review balances and activity in Credit History and contact Support for payment or balance help.

Memberships are role-specific plans for students and teachers. You can compare plans at Memberships without signing in. Sign in only when you are ready to activate a free plan or begin a paid upgrade. A parent or guardian uses secure read-only access and does not need a membership.

Yes. Student and teacher memberships are kept separately by role. If your account can switch roles, view the relevant plan after switching to that workspace. Each paid membership has its own plan, billing status, and renewal details.

Paid plans use secure Stripe subscription checkout and are billed on the interval shown for that plan. After payment is confirmed, the membership is activated for the selected role. The current status is shown in your Memberships page. Contact Support promptly if you need help with billing or cancellation.

No. A membership provides the features and included credit allowance shown on its plan. One-time credit packs are purchased separately through Buy credits. Check the plan card before buying because included credits, renewal cycles, and feature access can differ.

Student and Teacher plans can enable different dashboard features. Check your active plan on Memberships. Payments, Credit History, support, membership management, and Company & Policies pages remain available to signed-in users.

Yes. Select Install app in a supported browser. On iPhone or iPad, use Safari Share → Add to Home Screen. The installed app uses the same account, memberships, credits, and security controls as the website.

Yes. Objective questions can be graded automatically, while written responses can be reviewed manually. Teachers can publish results when ready and use analytics to plan follow-up support.

Role-based access keeps student work private by default. Teachers access assigned classroom work, and guardian access is learner-controlled and read-only. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
