Information we may process includes account details such as your name and email address; study content, files, links, prompts, questions, answers and progress that you choose to provide; credit, plan and payment records; device, log and security information; and messages sent to support.

We use this information to operate and secure the service, authenticate users, generate requested learning content, personalise study features, process credits and payments, prevent fraud or misuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Your uploaded study materials remain yours. You should upload only content you have the right to use and avoid sharing sensitive personal information.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of applicable personal data by emailing nextaitutor.com@gmail.com. We retain limited information where necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

NextAI Tutor is operated by XUNIVERSE LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 16414416). Payment statements and payment-provider records may show XUNIVERSE LTD as the merchant or service provider.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect account information. Access is limited to people and service providers that need it to operate, secure, support, or improve the service. Payment processing is handled by the selected payment provider; we do not store complete payment-card details.

Membership administration may involve the selected plan, account role, plan status, billing interval, included-credit allowance, payment-provider subscription reference, and related payment or support records. We use this information to activate the chosen plan, confirm payment, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Students control their own workspace. Teachers can see classroom-related learner work assigned to them. Parent or guardian access is learner-controlled and read-only. These role boundaries help reduce unnecessary exposure of private account content.

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required for law, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. You can contact Support to ask about your privacy choices.

Memberships are role-specific: a Student plan controls student-workspace access and a Teacher plan controls teacher-workspace access. Enabled dashboard features can differ by plan. Paid memberships renew through Stripe at the displayed billing interval; a valid membership coupon applies only to the first payment, while later renewals use the regular plan price. One-time [Buy credits](/plans) packs are separate from memberships and are added to the purchasing account after successful payment. Plan availability, included features, credit allowance, billing interval, one-time-credit expiry, and carryover policy can change when an administrator updates an active plan. The current plan and pack cards shown at [Memberships](/subscriptions) and [Buy credits](/plans) are the source of truth before activation or checkout.

Data locations, service providers, cookies and sessions

Files that you upload to NextAI Tutor, including study materials and media, are stored in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 bucket in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region (ap-south-1). Our application servers and primary database are located in Singapore, Southeast Asia. When you use the service, your information may therefore be processed or stored in India and Singapore, as well as in the country where you access the service.

We may use third-party providers to host and operate the service, process payments, deliver email, provide AI functionality, monitor performance, debug technical issues, prevent abuse, or analyse data quality. These providers may process only the information reasonably necessary for their service, subject to applicable contractual, security, and legal requirements. We do not sell personal information.

We use essential cookies and similar session technologies to keep you signed in, protect accounts and forms, remember security-related state, prevent fraud or abuse, and operate administrator access. We may also use limited diagnostic or performance tools when enabled. These technologies are not used to sell personal information or serve behaviourally targeted advertising. You can control many cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in and other core service features from working.

Installed app experience
NextAI Tutor can be installed as a progressive web app on supported devices. The installed app uses the same account, security controls, memberships, and credit rules as the website. It may keep a limited offline copy of pages and static app files that you have already visited so the app can show an offline screen; it does not make live AI, payment, account, or classroom data available offline. Removing the app from a device does not delete your account or server-side data; use the data deletion process for that.
