You may request deletion of your Next AI Tutor account and associated personal data by emailing nextaitutor.com@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account. State that you are requesting account deletion.

We may ask for information needed to verify ownership before acting. After verification, we will delete or anonymise applicable account data, uploaded study content, and related records within a reasonable period.

Some information may be retained where necessary to meet legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution obligations. Deletion does not necessarily remove information that you independently shared outside the service.

Deleting an account can remove access to study materials, classroom history, AI activity, credits, certificates, memberships, and other workspace data. Teachers should download any records they need before requesting deletion. Students should understand that a teacher or institution may separately retain classroom records under its own policies.

Before deletion, request cancellation of any active paid membership through Support. Deleting an account does not automatically reverse completed subscription charges, and limited subscription and payment records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or applicable law.

A parent or guardian access link is not a separate learner account; the learner can revoke it at any time. If a learner requests deletion, associated read-only sharing links will stop working.

We will confirm a verified deletion request and explain if any information must be retained temporarily for legal, tax, security, backup, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Memberships are role-specific: a Student plan controls student-workspace access and a Teacher plan controls teacher-workspace access. Enabled dashboard features can differ by plan. Paid memberships renew through Stripe at the displayed billing interval; a valid membership coupon applies only to the first payment, while later renewals use the regular plan price. One-time [Buy credits](/plans) packs are separate from memberships and are added to the purchasing account after successful payment. Plan availability, included features, credit allowance, billing interval, one-time-credit expiry, and carryover policy can change when an administrator updates an active plan. The current plan and pack cards shown at [Memberships](/subscriptions) and [Buy credits](/plans) are the source of truth before activation or checkout.

Data locations, service providers, cookies and sessions

Files that you upload to NextAI Tutor, including study materials and media, are stored in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 bucket in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region (ap-south-1). Our application servers and primary database are located in Singapore, Southeast Asia. When you use the service, your information may therefore be processed or stored in India and Singapore, as well as in the country where you access the service.

We may use third-party providers to host and operate the service, process payments, deliver email, provide AI functionality, monitor performance, debug technical issues, prevent abuse, or analyse data quality. These providers may process only the information reasonably necessary for their service, subject to applicable contractual, security, and legal requirements. We do not sell personal information.

We use essential cookies and similar session technologies to keep you signed in, protect accounts and forms, remember security-related state, prevent fraud or abuse, and operate administrator access. We may also use limited diagnostic or performance tools when enabled. These technologies are not used to sell personal information or serve behaviourally targeted advertising. You can control many cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in and other core service features from working.

Installed app experience
NextAI Tutor can be installed as a progressive web app on supported devices. The installed app uses the same account, security controls, memberships, and credit rules as the website. It may keep a limited offline copy of pages and static app files that you have already visited so the app can show an offline screen; it does not make live AI, payment, account, or classroom data available offline. Removing the app from a device does not delete your account or server-side data; use the data deletion process for that.
