Credits let you use selected AI-powered features such as content generation, question explanations, AI tutoring, lesson chat, summary evaluation, and exam analysis. The credit price for each feature is configured by Next AI Tutor and may change with reasonable notice.

Your Credit History records AI usage, purchases, bonuses, refunds, and administrator adjustments. You are responsible for reviewing your balance and usage before requesting a paid AI action.

One-time credit packs generally do not expire unless the plan says otherwise. Plans with a reset duration provide credits on the stated cycle; unused reset-based credits may be replaced at renewal rather than carried forward. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and are not a bank balance.

Credit costs are displayed for supported AI actions and can differ by feature because AI processing requirements differ. A requested action may require confirmation before credits are deducted. If an action cannot be completed, the platform should not treat it as a successful charge.

Purchased credits belong to the account that made the purchase. They are not transferable between users, may not be sold or exchanged, and do not represent stored money. Administrators may provide promotional credits or adjustments at their discretion, subject to the applicable offer terms.

Teachers and parents should not share student credentials to manage credits. Account owners can review usage through Credit History and contact Support if an entry needs investigation.

Memberships are role-specific: a Student plan controls student-workspace access and a Teacher plan controls teacher-workspace access. Enabled dashboard features can differ by plan. Paid memberships renew through Stripe at the displayed billing interval; a valid membership coupon applies only to the first payment, while later renewals use the regular plan price. One-time [Buy credits](/plans) packs are separate from memberships and are added to the purchasing account after successful payment. Plan availability, included features, credit allowance, billing interval, one-time-credit expiry, and carryover policy can change when an administrator updates an active plan. The current plan and pack cards shown at [Memberships](/subscriptions) and [Buy credits](/plans) are the source of truth before activation or checkout.
